RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Pear. But if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@thepearbrand.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all refund or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and items must be shipped back within 3 days of your return request being approved. Please note: The return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in re-sellable condition
- Include the original hygiene sticker, tags, and packaging
- Be free of stains, hair, makeup, or any signs of wear
- Be returned with any promotional gifts received with the order
Items missing a hygiene sticker or showing any signs of wear/use will not be accepted. Our inspection process is final and no exceptions will be made.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping, as Pear is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
