LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow the steps below:

Allow 24 hours.
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. In many cases, the package is delivered within the following day. -
Check with neighbors or your building manager.
Packages are sometimes left in a safe place or received by someone nearby. -
Contact your local carrier.
After 24 hours and within 7 days, we recommend contacting your local USPS or UPS office to see if the package is being held at a nearby facility. -

• Tracking number
• Ship date
• Last known scan location
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Pear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for packages affected by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
• Packages returned to sender due to address issues or failure to collect the package
We always encourage customers to double-check shipping information and monitor tracking updates once an order has shipped.
