LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking status shows “DELIVERED” but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:
- Wait 24 hours — carriers often mark packages as delivered too early, and they typically arrive within the next day.
- After 24 hours and within 7 days, contact your local USPS or UPS office to check if your package is being held.
- Still can’t find it? Email us at info@thepearbrand.com and we’ll provide all the information we have to help you locate it: Tracking number/ Ship date/ Last known scan location.
Pear is not responsible for contacting parcel carriers on your behalf. Once your order leaves our hands, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments due to:
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
- Packages marked “delivered” but lost or stolen in transit
- Packages returned to sender due to address issues or non-pickup
